1. Accepting these terms

By creating a KEVCAST account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use KEVCAST.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to hold an account in your country.

3. Subscriptions and billing

KEVCAST Free is available at no cost. KEVCAST Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually through the app store you purchased from, and renews automatically until cancelled.

Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the spots, catches, photos, trips and notes you add. You grant KEVCAST the permissions needed to store, process and display that content back to you and to anyone you choose to share it with.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use KEVCAST to break fishing laws or local rules, trespass, harass other anglers, or upload content you do not have the right to share.

6. Safety and accuracy

Fishing scores, forecasts, tides and ASK KEV answers are guidance only. Conditions change quickly on the water — always check official forecasts, local regulations and safety advice, and fish responsibly.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
